Cancel FBT MCF Order

POST
/fbt/202601/mcf_outbound_orders/cancel

An FBT multi-channel fulfillment (MCF) order may be split into one or more consign orders for fulfillment. Use this API to cancel the MCF order or selected consign orders by providing the mcf_order_id. To cancel selected consign orders, provide their consign order IDs. You can retrieve IDs that have already been assigned by calling the Get FBT MCF Order Status API; use IDs returned while the target consign orders are still in a cancellable pre-shipment state.

Cancellation is rejected for target consign orders that have reached SHIPPED, HANDOVER, COMPLETED, or a shipping-exception state such as LOST, DAMAGE, RETURNED, or SCRAP.

After the request, match the target consign order IDs against this API’s response. A returned status of CLOSED means that the consign order has been canceled.
